I discovered that our new kitty can hear some things occasionally. I have to crumple paper for about ten seconds before he looks up. He still does not respond to most sounds and our voices. So, I was wondering if anyone has a kitty insurance plan that covers things like hearing aids for cats. I noticed some online, but I wasn't sure what plans would cover the whole cost of the hearing aid. Since our cat was checked by a vet at the shelter and was given a clean bill of health, I'm not sure if this would be considered a preexisting condition until a vet verifies that he has impaired hearing. If that is the case, then I definitely want to get an insurance plan for him before his appointment on Monday. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
