I just got two new teddy bear hampsters. One of them I think something is wrong with it. When I got up this morning both of his front shoulders are protruding. Almost thought it was his cheeks for a minute but with a closer look it is his shoulders. They have big bulges. I have only had him for two day's. I have never cared for a hampster before so not sure what to do or what it could be. She is very lethargic I guess you could say, she let's you hold her but dosen't move around alot. She basically eats and sleeps. Any help is very much appritiated. Thanks.

First, are they housed together? Teddy bear is a fancy name for syrian hamsters, who are solitary and WILL kill each other.

Hamsters have large cheeck pouches that extend all the way past their shoulders, are you sure it wasn't just that? Is she active at night time? Hamsters are noctournal and will sleep and act sleepy all day.
