I was just at the fair and there was a horse in a tiny cage barely enough for him to turn around in and not to mention i live in fl and he was outside all day long with no water. the poor thing looked so sad i wanted to juss unlatch the hook and take him to somewhere he would be properly care for. I know this may sound weird or dumb but it doesnt seem fair to me when right next to its cage was a cage for a little tiny cat that had a cage bigger than the horses. and i know the horse wasnt taken outa the cage at all, till the fair closed just to be put into a smaller trailor to be moved somewhere else in the state or outa the state (have no clue where the fair takes its animals) but neways i just felt really bad for it. I dont have much knowledge on horses but i felt it was wrong. am i right or am i totally being stupid and not knowing what im talking about?

P.S. I'm trying to learn so please feel free to correct me on anything or give me some sort of info.

No, your totally right! Horses should most definately not be treated that way! It's so depressing to hear how stupid and irresponsible some people are. I feel so bad for that poor pony! Do you know why it was in the cage in the first place? Was it for sale?

it was in the petting zoo part but it said do not pet the horse for some reason and it was behind the cats cage then next to the artic fox like a triangle making it where the horses cage couldnt be touched at all unless you snuck around the back or somehow crawled through the cage.
