Abandoned Malamutes

My friend was driving home on the highway from work the other day when he got stuck behind a truck going very slowly. He and the truck were the only two vehicles on the road. All of a sudden he noticed the driver throwing bags and small boxes out the window the the vehicle. My friend followed him for a few miles and got his lisence plate number and then turned back to see what was in the boxes and bags.

Turned out there were six purebred malamute husky puppies! They were badly shaken and very frightened. Luckily they were too frightened to venture out of the boxes and onto the road. My friend collected all of them and reported the driver.

All the puppies have found good homes now :D and now my friend has one of the clumsiest, sweetest puppies ever.

It just makes me SO mad when people do this to their animals. :(

That is sad! I'm glad the pups have homes! I have a malamute and he is humongus and he isn't very people friendly so make sure your friend takes him for walks and lets him meet people. Mine is very over weight he weights about 156 lbs and it takes 3 people to brush him. Many people don't believe me but his uncle (the dog's) played in the movie Iron Will. He is the big dog that attacks Gus (the white dog) and he looks exactly like my Rocky. It says in his papers and everything that he is related! Tell your friend I hope she has tons of happy memories with her puppy! I know my dog always puts a smile on my face!

How horrible!! Bless your friend who got the plate number and went back to see what was in those boxes. I shudder to think what might have happened!
