Need help on sedatives/tranquilizers for my bird

Hello there. I recently bought a dove to use in my film. Unfortunatly, I dont have much time to train him and he is very afraid of people. I need to give him harmless drugs to make him more relaxed the day of the shoot, but i dont what would be good for him? I need some advice please. Thank you.

what you NEED to do is, rehome him to someone who has time for him and change your ideas of pet keeping.(mad)

I suggest that you find someone with an already tamed and trained bird. There are no 'safe' tranquilizers for birds, only ones that are less likely to kill them.
