-propeller When I took my shep/lab pup in for his shots, I got the "welcome" puppy package which included a pamphlet for the website below. Looks pretty decent, I think we'll be getting some insurance for him. When you think of it, it's like, anywhere from $12 up a month, but when the poop hits the fan, the vet bills are in the thousands right?
anyhow here's the link, it's CANADIAN

I'm still looking into all of that insurance stuff, which is a bit silly considering I've had Scamp for 6 months :p
I thought only England did those puppy packs.

I got a package with...oh, a bunch of flyers, a few samples of dog biscuits, food, ...let's see, a coupon for a free tag. It was pretty cool.
I'm discovering for the first time the sense of pride a dog owner has...it's different than with other pets, at least for me. Also I owe a karmic debt to the canine collective spirit and so am doing everything properly...hence considering the insurance.

I got a box of Pedigree Puppy food, some money off coupons for Pedigree, 2 month free insurance cover, a free years membership to this thing about lost animals, a puppy guide book, a puppy training pad, a sample wipe to clean him with and a catalouge.
I did use Pedigree for a while, with the coupons and the free box, but then I found out how pants
it was and switched to James Well Beloved.
