how man sunflower seeds

i know sunflower seeds are treats for the hamsters, how many should i give them a day?

aren't there any in there food? i wouldn't give any more if there are. if you haven't noticed all the people that are complaining about there overwait hamsers. :rolleyes: I would just stick with a didderent kind of treat. you can give them dog treaks, Theres a brand called "milk bone" that will were there teath down. Dont get big bone tipe treats be resnoble. lol just the crunchy type ones. hope he/she likes. :)

i use vitakraft menu for my hamsters and they seem to like it very much , it has sunflower seeds in it so i dont add any more , i think each hamster eats around 2-3 sunflower seeds a day.

When I have to buy new hammies fuood I take about 1/2 and remove all the sunflower seed and all the pumkin seed and give them as treat about 2 or 3 every now and then.
