I have been planning on going to my local humane society after this semester is over to volunteer. I'm very excited and can't wait. I just love all animals and want to help them out any way I can. :D

I volunteer at our local no-kill non profit animal society "Promises For Pets"
I own my own pet business so I donate items all the time. I always try to help animals any way I can.
My business: www.wepamperpets.com
I have a pet adoption page too. Its open to all no-kill animal shelters (Of any kind of animal) to be listed for free. So, if a shelter would like to be listed please contact me by e-mail: renee@wepamperpets.com

It usually dont matter how old to volunteer for those kinds of things. They always find something for you to do; whether you help put up signs for their programs or help set up things for the program, there is always something you can do to help & every bit counts.
I'm only 17 1/2 yrs old, & started volunteering probably since I was just shy of 15. I know I will continue to help animals in need the rest of my life because I just love doing it.

Fostering a pet is the best thing anyone could have done. It gives the animal a chance to live its life like it should be until it finds its forever home. I would foster any pet in a heart beat but my parents wont let me, but later on this will definitally be something I will do.
Whats the ferret association in witch you participate in & foster for? I have my own business & website wich I feature a adoption page only for no-kill shelters for animals of any kind & I would gladly list them & any other shelter free. So just e-mail me if so. My e-mail is: renee@wepamperpets.com

we pamper pets.....i'll talk to our shelter chair and let you know. thanks. i really love fostering. i get to take in ferts that have been thrown away and sometimes are very neglected and nurse them and love until they're ready to find forever homes. i've got a little guy right now, nick, who came in last week. he is skin and bones because he was being fed kaytee fiesta, the worst food, but is otherwise healthy. once he puts some weight on he won't have any problem finding a home. he is soooooo sweet and very handsome. i wish i could keep, but i have to make room for the next. that is the sad part, there will always be a next.

I used to be the head caretaker at our little shelter here. I still help any time I can. All my pets are adopted or rescued. My daughter was "volenteering" at 5 years old, socializing puppies and kittens.
