Anyways I bought this helmet and it turned out fine because I send a personal check for it to this lady and she will send me the helmet soon, but now I'm having problems with the crop that I purchased because I paid for it by using the credit card website that the seller gave me, so I payed using that site, the next day he writes me email saying he didnt get the money, but the money WAS removed from my account(credit card)what should I do?? I dont even want the crop anymore just my money back...:bawling:

If the money has been charged to your credit card, then don't buy it again off the website! I suggest to wait a day or two to see if things work out on his side. If they don't, mail him a photocopy of your credit card bill, highlighting where the amount came out, and ask him to refund your money.

If you used Paypal, I'm not suprised. Paypal is a crappy site and has bad customer service, and if you get overcharged for something they dont care as long as they get their fee.

The seller sounds like a moron who doesnt know how to look and see if the money got sent to his account. I would do like the other girl said and send a copy of your credit card statement (mark out the appropriate numbers) showing where it got charged. If he refuses to send it, leave bad feed back, call your credit card company and reverse the charge saying you never received the merchandice. They should be willing to work with you on this.

I hope it does work out, the amount itself isnt so big, so if I dont get my money it no big deal, but I feel cheated...

And I didnt use the Paypal cause it didnt work for me, instead I used the site he gave me... How can he say he didnt get the money if they should check that website to see who paid... it really suprises me...
