baby dwarfs eyes are opened. Can anyone tell me when i can start touching them they have been drinking from the water bottle and eating from the food dish. I need to clean that smelly cage.

You can't touch babies for at least two weeks after birth. Even then I'd scoop them up in a tube and not actually touch them for several more days.

You can clean around the nest if you have to.
