Alert .........Major Chinchilla Rescue
We are in serious need for your help. Have you been thinking about getting a chinchilla as a family pet? Maybe a Christmas present for your kids or even for yourself?
Twitch Chinchillas has just teamed up with Janie Johnson of Chintasia on a major rescue effort to save 300+ chinchillas!!!
A fur farm here in Texas is closing it's doors and needs to move their entire herd of chinchillas. These are the most beautiful SHOW quality standard grey chinchillas I have ever seen. This farm has been breeding chinchillas for the fur market since the 1930's and is retiring for good. He has a huge herd of over 300 chinchillas INCLUDING BRAND NEW BABIES that were just born. He has won several chinchilla shows for the quality of these anconsideredp; If we can not find homes for all of the wonderful animals they will be killed for their pelt this February. We only have a few months to purchase all of them.
If you have EVER concidered getting a chinchilla for your family, please help us out. We have made it our goal to place ever chinchilla so none will the slaughtered. We have allready purchased 2 of these beautiful chinchillas. Sampson and Delilah. If you are not looking for a chinchilla but would still like to help out, we are asking for any sized donation to help us buy them all up. 6-9 months.....$75.00
10-12 months.....$65.00
1 year and older.....$50.00
*** Please note the older chinchillas will be killed first. No chinchillas are over 3 years old.
If you have any questions or would like more info, please email or call me @ (940)380-8871 We need the money for your chinchilla ASAP so we can get them out of there, but I will hold any chins that you want to give as Christmas gift here at my house until Christmas Eve. You can come as late as you need the night of Dec 24th so your little ones can wake up to a great Santa gift. I also have some used cages that I will sell with them. A complete package will be $150.00 wich includes, one chinchillas any age, a cage, all cage accessories, and one month supply of food and hay. If you can purchase more than one chinchilla, the price will go down. Please call for a quote.
