I have three wonderful and very friendly female gerbils that unfortunately 'declanned' and can't get along with each other. I hate to give any of them up because they are very tame and loving with me (just not each other), but I have no room to keep the three separately. Also, they get lonely when by themselves, so it would be great if someone out there has a lone female pup (or is planning on getting one) to introduce this one to, or a male, if you want to breed them. These three sisters are pied agoutis from a great breeder and have pedigree certificates from the American Gerbil Federation. They will jump onto your hand to be taken out of the tank and are toilet trained.

they sound like GREAT gerbils! I can't have them but I hope they go to GREAT homes. :)
Best of luck to you. Are you giving away all of them?

Yup, they are fantastic. I'm really not sure what to do. I hate to give any of them away, but i don't want to see them get depressed because they are lonely either. They seem happier when they are split-caged (even though they try to kill each other when i put them together!?), so i could probably keep two of them split-caged and just let them out to run around separately in their playpen tub. I can't split cage the three of them though. Or i could give away two of them to people who would introduce them to other gerbs, and then get a pup to introduce to the remaining gerb. I just feel miserable about this and really miss the days when they got along. I just realized that i called the American Gerbil Society, the American Gerbil Federation...duh, oops!
