Sweet Pea escaped again.
I was in my room and I heard my mom exclaim that Sweet Pea escaped. We all searched and searched so my mom put hammie food out in each upstairs room so that if it gets eaten, we know what room she was in, and we closed it. I kept on thinking I would wake up with a hamster in my bed.

The next day, my mom came and found Sweet Pea in the closet in the room where she used to be. She probably thought there was more food in there. She was in the closet and mom carefully convinced her to get in the hand and Sweet's back in her cage now. You could see what she did. Chew the carpet in a little spot in the corner.

That is possibly the queerest thing I have ever heard.

-shakes head- What I don't understand is what broke her fall. Shes on a desk in a hallway for crying out loud! 5 feet! She probably fell on those boards of styrofoam.

Good thing you found her. A long long time ago I say atleast 10 years ago. (now I feel old and I am only 18) my mom bought my little sister a baby hamster for going to the doctor without crying or something along the lines of that. The hamster was so small it fit btween the bars on the cage we had. We looked forever for that hammie and we never found it. Me and my sister never asked for a hammie again because we felt so bad for losing it. Infact when I went to buy cupid I almost stopped myself. Thank God I didnt she is the best hammie I have ever seen. At first I liked puddles more because he was so small and cute. But then one day I decided to let her out and play on the floor and she never ran anywhere but on me. It was fate ;*) lol thats my sob story for the day srry for takin up so much space

You know those slide in and out doors? Well, It got so worn and weak (2 months I think) that the weight of Sweet Pea got it open. We twist tied it, but sweet would prbly eat it. LOL don't worry.
