Food? A wooden house to climb on and hide in?

Maybe she is still nervous about going down there. (?)

Hide some treats around and in her toys. Mabey she will loosen up on the place. My hamster loves his bin extension.

I put like 7-10 inches of carefresh in Ham-bone's add on and buried a tunnel in it to stimulate some activity also made a huge pile of carefresh towards one half of the place so she can burrow in it.

Also put a tasty chew stick in there for her.
In fact, as I was posting this she decided to have a snack!!

Here are some pictures:

awesome pic! do you have a top for that? lol

I just finished up my bin cage as well (well her new one) it is a "christmas tree keeper" so it is about 4ft long, 1.5 ft wide and 1.5ft tall. She isn't exploring much, but still runing in her wheel and built 2 nests. lol.

I use my two youngest mice's bin as a top for that part of ham-bone's habitat. As soon as my check goes through I'm going to build her a third story with a top.

edit:

As far as ventilation goes there is small openings all around the edges, she has not shown me any signs of poor ventilation...This is also part of my motivation to build her a third story.

that is alot of bedding, maybe once I get more money into my pockets. lol I will buy carefresh "I see that's what you use" and she may like that better. I am used aspen, and she doesn't like to dig in it. I like your cages they are big pictures so I couldn't get a full few but from what saw it looks cool.

Thanks amoo.
Great pictures rodentking.

Cooki has been going down there more and more.

I have a box for her to hide, one of those hamster tvs that they can sleep in,tubes, and I guess I could put food down there so she sees it is a good place.
She just stays up in her other cage, unless she gets bored and then she goes and wans to see what is going on. That is when i have to get her out or she goes crazy...

the bins are soo cool. i dont think i could ever make one for each of them since my dwarfs dont get along well with others. and i dont have that kind of space here.

.. i could keep the litter though. [im having no luck finding new owners anyways] and pimp them up a bin home.
