Yep, thats a nice size cage, might even work for 2 birds...
I also wanted to buy a hagen cage for my budgies, but we dont have any distributors here.. so sad..

Height is from the bottom to top.
Width is from the left side to the right side.
Depth is from the front of the cage to the back of the cage.

mine is 28 tall with an extra 4 inches or so making a little dome in the top, 17 deep, and 24 wide, and i have my single male cockatiel in there. the cage you posted could easily hold two birds if they were let out often to socialize with their humans and exercise. just make sure the bar spacing is not much more than 1/2 inch. 3/4" is pushing it but doable.

I'd think it probably will be over $100, theres another hagen cage that I was talking about, its half that size and it costs $130.
Maybe you might consider this cage, I will be buying it this week hopefully, for the lovebirds, its a breeder/flight cage, can easily hold 2 cockatiel and looks nice, the price is great too. I will be getting one in hunter green.

my local pet store has a huge cage that's really cheaply made for $50. it's at least 3' wide 4' tall, and 18' deep. the bar spacing is right for a teil or two, and while it's cheap, it's made well enough that i doubt a teil could chew through it.
