I am going to try dyeing one of the gerbils purple and black.....kind of a "punk Rock" gerbil....has anyone tried this before? I am not concerned about toxicity from the hair dye; after all, the stuff is tested on mice and who knows what else....BUT if I dye one gerbil, should I dye both? Has anyone ever tried this before? And what about making the other one black and red...calling it the GOTH gerbil?
