They'll b fine. Just leave them extra food & water. I once had to leave mine for 2 weeks. They were fine.

I was wondering the same thing because I have to go away for a long weekend during the summer and was worried about Ham-bone being all cooped up in her cage (even though it's 3 different cages connected) and it adversely effecting her somehow...

why dont you just take them with you? I have to go on a longer trip well for a week long ways away (thasgiving) and i'm going to TN to visit family, i'm taking Cooki with me. I cant leave her with any one i dont trust any one enough to hamster sit.

I'm not allowed to bring them home....my mom has a fear of them (lame I know)

prob. not just make sure you change the bedding before you go (night before or that day) so it's really clean, change water, extra food, a couple treats. and make sure the temperature is ok, not to cold not to hot if your going to be gone you dont want your hamster t freaze or over heat. hope i was of help...
