SCAM !! Beware of Owner selling Maltese

There is a dog owner at Hougang St 51, who agree to sell his miniture maltese at $400. After the deal is agree, he keeps increasing the price. Seller is using the dog in a price war for profits only regardless or not if the purchaser is able to provide a good home.

That is a really bad seller. Only keen in making bucks, but never spare a thought for the little dog.
