thinking about getting a flying squirrel, need to know if it's legal or not.

I live in washington, and I was wondering how I might find out if having a flying squirrel is legal or not where I live. Where might I be able to find out this info? I already checked my wildlife department's website. Can anyone help me with this?

Umm.. yeah, its legal with a permit.

And where are you going to get the squirrel? lol.. I dont live in Washington, so im not sure, but if there is some place to get them it'd be great if you could tell me! Lol

call your state wildlife department, they will have a list of mammals allowed to be kept as pets without a wildlife permit. The list varies from state to state, but I'm pretty sure flyers are allowed in most states.
