what kind of veggies an fruits are safe for hamsters to eat? any help would be appreciated.

Apples, carrots, bananas, cucumbers, spinach, pears, plums, berries, melons, grapes, broccoli, cauliflower, parnsip, celery, bean sprouts, pears.
Make sure that you only give small amounts of fruits or vegetables and only feed once a week or so. Too much fruit/vegetable too often can cause diarrhea. And remove any uneaten fruit/vegetable immediately. Otherwise it will rot and bacteria/mold/fungus will grow in the bedding and may make your hamster sick. If you hamster hides the fruit/vegetable, you will need to check daily for any rotting food.
