can my hamster move with me to Muskego? it's about 45 minutes from the house i'm moving out of. i just got her and i don't want to give her up. my stuff isn't going to be moved all at once. we're going to take different things on different days.

please reply. moving probobly in April for a good school opening. it's bigger than the tiny house we have now and the yard is much bigger (1 acre or more). it's just across the road from muskego lake. you can walk there in a minute. the yard and the lake are good for the two Irish Setters i have. my 5 other sisters would enjoy it too.

again, pleeze reply.:teleport:

Sure there should be no problem with moving your pet especially if you have a small one, you can use one of those little transport hamster cages they sell at petstore, but theyre not necessary just use your cage(if it not too big), make sure you remove the water bottle so it wont soak the whole bedding. We moved from Washington to North Carolina and I still took all my pets with me (1 cat, 1 guinea pig, and 3 birds) it was crazy, but I would never give them up. Now were moving into our new house its like 15 min. away. Should be fun... So dont worry, your hamster will be fine, just dont lock him ih heat in the car with closed windows.

Good Luck!!:agree:

As long as you move them AFTER all the work has being done on the new house (decerating etc) then all should go well.

I moved 4 hours away with several hamsters, gerbils and birds and all were fine - still are.
