Quick question about syrians

Is there anything other than water that is healthy for a hamster to drink as a treat? I know what kind of food to feed her but was wondering if there is something tasty I could give her a sip of? Thanks.

I know you can give them Kitten milk when they are pregnant and nursing so I dont see why you cant give it on occasion as a treat.

Avoid cows milk as I know many people have said thats a big no-no..

Thanks, but like I said I already know about what kinds of solid food I can give my ham, was wondering about a tasty supplement in the form of liquid.

I know I give my ratties boost occasionaly (very rarely) as a treat, usually strawberry, they love it, I don't see why a bit (not a whole bottle full, more of put some in a bowl and leave it for a while) would hurt them.

You can give your hammy fresh morning human urine if you have been eating healthy the night before (like fruits and veg's) just put the urine in his water bottle and your hammy should enjoy. If the urine has a really yellow color you can add a little water to it, to tone it down. I am totally joking but check out this website it is like the fourth question down it says you can give them like fresh juices once in awhile:

Ya, a you could also try to "squeeze" fresh juice from like an apple or something.

A piece of watermelon, or any other fruit is probably good, just not to much as they contain lots of natural sugar.

I also heard somewhere that Gatorade can be given as a treat. I've never tryed it though. :confused:
