Hi
Has anyone ever tried a Perfecto Habitat? I just came across them when searching on the net. I'm having trouble getting a cover for a tank, there is nothing in any of the pet shops by me...
This seems like a good alternative. Would a two foot tank be big enough for a pair of gerbies?

If anyones got any opinions of these I would be very grateful to hear them. Thanks!

Hi!
Do you have a link showing it, I've never heard about it. Anyway, what most people agree is that a 10g tank is minimum for a pair of gerbils (though, we all know that bigger is better...) a 10g is roughly 2 feet x 10 inches (more or less... it's been a long time since I meassured it...) so, anyway if the cage you are talking about is about this size, then it's good for a pair of gerbils. Just be sure that it's safe (escape proof, no bars, so they don't chew their noses raw, ect.)

When you ask a question about an unusual habitat post a link to a description and picture.

Well, it looks good to me... As long as the lid isn't plastic, but metal mesh, I think it's a suitable habitat for a pair of gerbils. 8)
