Respitory Infection Help!!!

my gerbil angel looked kind of weird for the past few days... hunched in a corner her fur is ruffed up and when i helld her today i heard a few clicking noises when i put her close to my ear....

i totally freaked out , put Ornyacline in the water and put new food in...

next thing i will do is clean the cage and keep an eye on her

n e thing else i need to know or i should do?!?!

i really need help on this im scared for her...

Sounds like your doing all the right things.If she dosn't improve in a couple days, I woudl suggest a Vet trip to get a prescription, but hopefully the Bird Med's will work.
I'd stay away from dust baths and anything else dusty right now.

Unless you havn't changed the bedding in a long time, I wouldn't change it now. Gerbils work hard to get there scent on the bedding and it is stressfull for them when for example there nest is gone. You might want to try just saving a layer of bedding and there nest and put it back in with the new bedding.
