Well I wasn't even thinking about getting another cat until after our old man has passed... but here's the story.

I stopped at BP a couple days ago to get gas and when I went inside to pay, a cat was hanging around the parking lot and tried to follow me inside. I asked the guy how long she'd been there and he said for a couple of days. Well when I was leaving she started following me back to my car and tried to get IN my car when I was putting my daughter in her carseat. I leaned down to pet her and she was just as sweet as can be rubbing all over me and everything, so I called my husband and told him about her and he said to bring her home! She wasn't too fond of being held and I had to push her down in my lap and hold her by the scruff of her neck the way home and luckily it was just a few minutes from my house. After I got home my husband went with us to the vet and we had her tested for feline lukemia/aids and she was negative, and then tested for worms which she has hookworm and is being treated, then a vet check and she is healthy but very skinny and possibly pregnant but if she is it is too soon to tell. She had a rabies shot but not vaccines because I do my own but I am going to wait to make sure she isn't pregnant first. Anyways, she is about 10 months old and I appropriatly named her BP :) but we call her Buggy!

Here she is!

Thanks for taking her in. Is tis the one your worried about hurting the child? She most likly has no manners becuase she was outside so she will take a bit to train. She is darling tho.

I would actually try to get her spayed asap. The vaccine she got could have an adverse effect on the developing babies IF she is preggers. She also looks very young to have a healthy pregnancy.

She is beauitful though, her colors are just very nice. Thanks for cairng about her.
