Well I wasn't even thinking about getting another cat until after our old man has passed... but here's the story.
I stopped at BP a couple days ago to get gas and when I went inside to pay, a cat was hanging around the parking lot and tried to follow me inside. I asked the guy how long she'd been there and he said for a couple of days. Well when I was leaving she started following me back to my car and tried to get IN my car when I was putting my daughter in her carseat. I leaned down to pet her and she was just as sweet as can be rubbing all over me and everything, so I called my husband and told him about her and he said to bring her home! She wasn't too fond of being held and I had to push her down in my lap and hold her by the scruff of her neck the way home and luckily it was just a few minutes from my house. After I got home my husband went with us to the vet and we had her tested for feline lukemia/aids and she was negative, and then tested for worms which she has hookworm and is being treated, then a vet check and she is healthy but very skinny and possibly pregnant but if she is it is too soon to tell. She had a rabies shot but not vaccines because I do my own but I am going to wait to make sure she isn't pregnant first. Anyways, she is about 10 months old and I appropriatly named her BP :) but we call her Buggy!
Here she is!
