2 male American Staffordshires need your help!

Hi guys, I live in Washington County, Oregon, where the limit of pets per household is 4. I own too many dogs (some of which were rescued) and need to find homes for 2 of them, as my ignorant/scared neighbors have been threatening Animal Control on us. It's gotten to the point where I'm too scared to even let them run around in the backyard for more than 5 minutes at a time in case someone feels like complaining. Both dogs are 2 year old males, neutered, house-broken, and extremely friendly with people and kids (their best friend is my 7 year old nephew). The one with the white head is "Blue-Eyes." He's mellow and loves to play in the water. The other one is "Junior." He's energetic and charming. Please let me know if you can help or are interested. Thank you.
