Can you guys post pictures of your cages, and give me some ideas of how to spruce up a cage?

I do not have gliders myself, but have a close friend who has 3 of them (2 boys and a girl).
She has a MASSIVE cage she built for them, (Big enough for 4 people to fit inside it COMFORTABLY) but the age is COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!
She has a sleep sack hanging in the middle, and a food and water dish... And nothing else...
I mean don't take me wrong... Maybe that is the way that a Glider cage SHOULD be??? I don't know...
I have 3 ferrets, 2 cockatiels, 2 corn snakes, 1 dog, and a 55 gallon fish tank, and all my animals have fun and entertaining stuff in their cages, and loads of snuggles and other things...
Maybe Gliders don't need that stuff..?
I don't know ANYTHING about gliders, (except that the smell is not very pleasant! LOL) Otherwise they are SOOOOO cute.!!!

The smell shouldnt be bad at all if the cage is being cleaned enough, I clean mine out once a week and it doesn't smell at all.
They should have loads of toys, they are so playful and can get bored and depressed easily, a bare cage can really upset them after a short period.
They love ropes and chains to climb/swing on, you can make toys pretty easily for them, but if you dont have the time store bought parrot toys are great. There are loads of cheap glider toys on ebay, or glider central has loads of pics and ideas.

They will mark. Plus rotting fruit, feces, urine. It will start to smell. Weekly cleaning should keep odor down.

Gliders are quite intelligent. They enjoy toys that challenge them. There are toys made specifically to do this. Such as treat dispensers.

I have a large branch type from top to bottom. As well as different toys they enjoy messing with. Mine are quite fond of cat balls with bells, and those monkeys you hook together. Hang them around the cage and they will be gone in the morning.

Gliders that become bored may start to have problems.

There are lots of ideas for toys on my website www.critterhill.com

One must have item is a glider safe wheel!

You don't have to spend a lot to put together some fun toys for gliders.
