Hey guys,
I was wondering what is the best (and easy to find) source of protien to feed my glider everyday? I have been giving him these yogurt coated soy nuts but I noticed its hard for him to eat the actual nut so he just licks the yogurt off. Any ideas?

Mealworms, waxworms, superworms, boiled chicken, meat baby food (but make sure there is no garlic powder or onion in them) hard boiled eggs. Those are the most common. Tofu I heard is good also. And mine's favorite (other than worms) is cottage cheese

I suggest putting your gliders on a proven diet such as BML along with fruits, veggies, and meal worms EVERY night. Hard and dry foods are not good at all for your little one!
