I want to open my own pet store... But I am wondering if its a good idea these days, and I am not sure on where to start. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to respond. Thanks!

It really just all depends. It depends on what is in your area and it depends on the type of pet store you wish to open. More people are looking for healthy, natural and speciality items for their pets. Less people are going to places that sell animals espedially puppies and kittens. More people will pay slightly higher prices at a store that works with shelters and rescues.
