WANTED: small breed dog. UNDER 10 lbs. wanted in NY*

Yesterday my friends aunt and uncle were asking me if I knew anyone that has a small breed puppy. They want it for the uncle's mom. She just wants a puppy of a small breed. She needs it to be small for carring it places like the vets etc. She just can't lift much weight. They would like it to be a reasonable price, a good pet, and almost any small breed. They would prefer not a lot of hair.
