I just got 3 baby Syrian Hammies about week ago they are 3 weeks now! I love them very much, i love their personality and there love to humans, they are soooo tame everyone that comes wants to pick them up. There cute, but the cages look to small for a family of syrians.
Very cute, bins make great cages. How many hamsters do you have?

Also do you breed them? Because if you do, the one female is a year old and that is to old for a hamster to be breeding. And remember syrians need to live ALONE, or they will kill eachother.

I have 3 baby ones and im getting a new one, actually im getting a bin but not that big since they are Syrain Hamsters and i will have to separate them :)

By the way i dont have the mom or dad thats my friend Hamster and she escaped and thats how she had the babies it was an accident...

They have to be big. DO you breed them? Where did you get the babies from? You said you got them at 2 weeks old. That is very young. They shouldn't be seperated from the mother at that age. Is the female and male parents still together?

Never mind the last post. They do need big bins though, at least 30 inches long, and 12 inches wide. They shouldn't be seperated from the parents yet, but its to late now.

I know they were young but the mother started to fight them and we dint want them to die so i got them. They are 3 weeks old and very healthy acting like normal Hammies and eating nd drinking well. No the parents are not together, we are trying to find a home for the mom.
