I am willing to take in Ferrets, Sugargliders, hedgies, chinchillas, degus, rabbits, mini pigs and squirrels. Please contact me before abandoning them on some randon persons doorstep. No questions asked, just email me at Unfamousk@comcast.net. Cages, health certificates, and any supplies would be apprecieted though not necessarily required.

That's really great of you to do that. I wish I was in a situation where I was available for more fostering. (I'm in college right now)

Anyway, if you go to the Rat Forum there was a post made by "Kissbox" about needing to re-home some fosters. Maybe you could help her.

Good luck!

Its sorta out of the blue, but are you an adoption place or something? Do you have a website for the animals you take in? Any information? I wouldnt just go "give" my animals to a random person. For all we know you could be feeding them to a snake. Information is vital at times like these.

Im right between Reading PA and Allentown. About an hour from Philly. I'm not a shelter, just a guy with too big of a heart and a soft spot for critters. If I would have any animals up for adoption that were brought to me i would probably make a website i took web design classes at college. But just reading stories about all the pets taken to shelter for various reasons makes me want to do my part. And no, im not feeding them to snakes. I would take animals in assuming they would be staying with me on a permanent basis that way i don;t end up with more than i bargain for. Also i forgot to mention i would also take in birds.

wow, I'm at Penn State Berks in Reading, PA!

If you get any fosters, I'd be willing to help you out. I miss my job (at a veterinarian's office) and all my pets.

wow yeah i went to Penn State Berks for awhile too. I actually work right up the road from there at the Porsche dealership
Well you happen to be about 15 minutes from a great Ferret shelter... TinyPrints Ferret Rescue. They are very knowledgable people that helped me out with my ferrets. Let me know if you need anyone to help you out with the sites and sounds of the area.

TinyPrints Ferret Rescue...that's cute. Do you know if they need any volunteers?

I'm so bored in Reading. What was your major? But really, if you do end up getting rescues, I'll help you out if you want.
