I want to start a pet shop. no not the ones that you fear. :D
I want to keep all the animals in comfortable enclosers. there will be a dog and a cat rooms,and large cages and aqauriums. all the animals will be socialized and the dogs and all other animals will be potty trained. I think it will be a success:angel4: so anyway I wanna learn all I can about all exotics reptiles birds and whatever other animals need a good home

I can give you info on just about any reptile. And most exotics specialize in chinchillas and sugar gliders as far as exotics go. What exactly do u want to know? Let me know and I can help ya out.

well I guess I probably wont keep a glider. they dont seem to be a animal that could deal with a loud shop full of people. thanx for the info though

I am less sure of the exotics but as for the pups and cats, just do not sell them. Hold adoptions instead.

Boycott the pet stores that sell puppies and kittens.

The problem is no reswponsible breeder would ever let a pet store sell their pups or kits so I am assuming you are talking about haveing the shelters and rescues come in.

IO highly recomend The Whole Dog Journal. You may even want to look at carrying the magazine in yopur store. Also Animal Wellness.
