I have a 10g tank that i was thinking of getting another hamster. would that be ok for 2 dwarfs?

and what kind of wheel should i get.. In my syrians tank, she has a ball that can be used as a wheel. it is pretty good quiet.... well, i can sleep while she is running...
do you know any wheels that are decently quiet (they will be in my bedroom)

Avoid all metal wheels. Go to www.petsmart.com , small animals, hamster store, toys. There are three different types that should be quieter than most. [Wodent Wheels, Silent Spinner, Comfort Wheel]

I suggest a silent spinner, I have 8 syrian hams and even when the pups were together and four would be on it at once (quite a site) I could sleep through it. Silent Spinners also come in a size specifically for dwarfs.:)

I also suggest you get at least a 20g tank for two dwarfs. They need to be able to get away from each other and have their own space. The 20g are usually only like $20.

Oh, and I live in VT, what part of Mass. are you from???:D
