No they aren't!! But we can only get in Pa....

Yes, you have to buy in sate from a USDA licenced breeder, and since they have not given out liceneces or permits to breeders in quite a few years, it's easier to say they are illegal! Also, nobody can get this in writting and depending on who you talk to or on what day at the USDA office or the gameing office, they will tell you they are illegal.
