I picked up Nissan and Felix last night at the ladies house. SO far they are lovely...Altho the women who we got them from, got them from a man who didnt take care of them...so now they smell like urine and there fur is a tad yellowish, seeing how all 9 were couped up and I guess peed all over eachother. Is there anything else ne one can recommend for now to help clean this up?
So We have the BML diet, and fruits and veggies and meal worms, and snacks, But dont be seeming to eat that much yet, does that take time as well? They have a nice big cage now. But they are still scared. I'm guessing it'll take a while for them to start coming out of the cage to see us? One..Felix is scared and shakes, and Nissan is a bit more outgoing and comes and sees us All in All I am very happy to have them.

CONGRATS!!!! :)
About the staining you can wipe them down with a baby wipe or a damp rag everyday till it goes away, just make sure they stay relativly warm untill they get dry. Yes gliders that have the big move may not eat very much for the first few days because of the stress of new home, new people, new smells etc. Just give them a few days.
You should let them get used to their new surroundings for a few days, not much contact with them, just feed them everynight and you can start talking to them softly so they get used to your voice.
hmmmmmm Pretty much just be patient and consistant with them and they will love you when they are ready. :)
P.S. I love the names!!!! :D
GOOD LUCK

Awesome! Congratulations!
If you're ever able to post photos (probably not for a few more days) you should. I bet they're adorable!
Keep the updates coming and let us know how they do. Best of luck.

Thanks for all of your imput. Hehe I picked the names out myself We have one that is more out going than the other one. Last night they both came out on me (which was VERY surprising for Felix) But Nissan was SUCH a hoot. He was crawling all around me, so fast, seemed like he was playing a game with my bf like try and catch me or something. But the other just walked around. We can't even tell them apart
Right now only we can cause Nissan seems to like the attention a bit more than the other one. They do have a strong oder, and I give them the BML diet...I hardly see them touch it tho? I mean if I put a bit on my finger they lick is somewhat and then walk away. In the morning it seems like there is less in there, but maybe it evaporates? I hope its just cause its new...because they eat cherrios and peas. They also loveee the wodent wheel, especially Nissan, he sits in that thing all night. I just cant wait til they start to come around. Oh and do they always poop in there pouches? Or will they start growing outta that? lol

It will probably take a wlittle while for them to get used to the BML, what were they eating before. A little BML eaten is better than none :) They will grow out of the pottying in the pouch, probably within a month or so, all three of mine used to "go" in their pouch, but they grew out of it. Just be sure to dump it out everyday, and switch it every couple of days.
I know how hard it can be to tell them apart! :p i have twin girls and i didnt know which was which when i first got them, soon enough they will show their personalities and you will start noticing differences, like my girls, their blaze on top of their head one is more diamond shaped while one is kinda thin and lopsided :) some people can tell by the way they walk, climb, jump, play, and even bark and crab. Just watch them and you will know ;)
