Sorry to report this kind of topic agian.
Skipper, one of my beloved gerbils, passed over this morning. :bawling: I beleive he died of old age, as I have had him for almost 4 years.
Here is his life story--
I bought him at PetsMart when he was just a babe. He was the healthiest looking one in the bunch. I also brought along his brother, I suppose he is anyway, as they were in the same cage. Scooter is his brother, and he dearly misses him. I could barely lift Skipper out of the cage without Scooter coming up to him and sniffing him all over. It's like he was asking me, " Why isn't he moving? You just put fresh food in here, he needs to come and eat!". I finally got Skipper out of the cage, and I think Scooter has acepted his death. Anyway,
like I said already, I'm sorry to have to post this agian. On April 4th, 2003, one of my sweet hamsters passed away.
