I've had Bijou for a while now, and whenever we use the last of the paper towels or tissue, we put the rolls in her cage for her to chew on. But what about the glue or what ever that stuff is that sticks to the last paper towel? Is it ok for her to be chewing on it with the glue?

Well, I am sure that the rolls are fine because he is still alive right!? lol

But really, if it was a bad thing, then us hamster/gerbil lovers would know about it. I give my dwarf hamster paper towel rolls, she loves them, but she nevers chews them...

Well, every few days i give her a few tissues, and she makes a nice cozy nest with it... but about the roll, she does chew on it, Ill give her one, and then in a few days it will be all gone. I dont think she is eating it beacuse i find shred if it all over the place. But yes, she is still alive, so i guess she is fine. lol

The glue will not hurt them. Everything is all right ;)
