I would get a large, converted bin, (you can do that yourself), a SuperPet cage, or a 20+ gallon tank.

Put the hamster in a safe, well-ventilated container/box, rinse toys, dump bedding, scrub tank, dry, replace bedding and hamster. Also wash food dish and clean water bottle.

It's the same thing you do with a normal wire cage.

I don't think that's the best choice; hamsters like to dig, and that kind of base doesn't really offer much. How expensive is it? Because 20-gallon tanks are mass-produced, and are quite cheap. Sterilite bins are even cheaper.

I still say bins. You can get them at any wal-mart or store like that. They are easy inexpensive and the hammies love 'em! The one you posted a pic of looks small and doesn't offer much.
