Salt Lake City, Utah. Sugar Glider Wanted.

Hello - I have put a lot of thought into getting a sugar glider. This has been a long process. I want to be ready to have one when I get one. I have also done a lot of research on the critters and know that I am now ready. Today I discovered this site. I have read many of the "threads" concerning people in Utah that are looking for breeders to buy them from or people who can no longer care for the ones they have. If you are reading this could you please email me, or make a post here, any information of any gliders that anyone might be selling or have up for adoption within the Utah area. This for me would include Southern Idaho, Western Wyoming, Western Colorado, Southern Nevada and Southern California. Considering I do travel along I-15, I-80, and I-70 from time to time. Thank you.

Thanks Tessty. I did read on other posts the problems you had with "Sandra". Has anyone else had issues with this breeder? Or is this an isolated incident? I have called Kathy and she called me back and left me a voice mail. I will call her again. If possible I would prefer to adopt sugar gliders that are in homes that cannot keep them any longer, but will eventually buy if I need to. Thanks again.

yes there as been tons more problems with sandra im not the only one beleave me or not i just read on glider central that she got turned in you can go and look at that site its under glider talk i think but kathy is good she can also tell you about sandra

Well this sucks! Last week I (along with about 5 other people) was emailed by a lady in Kaysville UT asking if I wanted to adopt her 2 female gliders. I sent her an email right away telling her, "Yes!", but had a couple questions. Apparently I was the first to contact her. She called me back on my Voice Mail and asked me to call her back. The next morning I called and she said that someone else emailed her and said yes so she gave them to him instead.
The only questions I had were if they had been to the vet recently and who the breeder was. Wow! I would think someone who wanted to find a good home for their pets would not mind a couple questions.
Oh well, If anyhow out there knows of anyone who has a glider or two under 2 years who needs to find them a home (see my first post above) please give them my info!
