Mom and dad are having they're 14th wedding anniversary and we only have a $10 wal-mart gift card...
I was wanting to make them dinner (not to brag but I'm a good cook) but they are wanting to eat out at out-back by themselves (I can understand) Any ideas on what to get them??

Traditionally one would get them something Ivory for their 14th anniversary. But that's just what one would do :p. I would suggest getting them something they both like. Are you planning on getting them each something? When is the anniversary?

The 24th....
It doesn't matter if it's for the both of them......
But the bad thing is that since we don't celebrate Christmas THEY buy US a bunch of stuff and give it to us on the 24th.....
And ivory would be allot more then $10 lol

Hmmm, that is a bit of a dilemma :scratchch:. You could always make them something. Like a painting of two hearts, yada yada. Or you could make a scrapbook with pics of them and your family throughout the years. And decorate it, write things in it and everything. And if the book isn't full when you're finished, they'll have plenty of years to fill it. You can get all the supplies at Wal-Mart.

I love home made stuff.
If i were you I would probably make scrap book for them or get old photo of the two of them when they were younger and get it blown up for them. Or you can make a coupon book for them. ex. carwash, breakfast in bed.....whatever you want to put in it.
Hope this helps :)

I saw something somewhere were kids make their own coupons for their parents to use and they say stuff like "Clean you room" "make your bed" "take out the trash" "clean the house" "make dinner" ex. O_o Odd but hmmm

It is but it puts you between a rock and a hard place......
We are thinking about getting mom a black & decker stainless steel blender and wal-mart but that will take the whole $10.
Dad keeps saying "I don't need anything" "I don't need anything" We aren't realy a "photo family" so we don't have many photos :frown:

Hmmm, the blender sounds like a good idea. If he doesn't really want anything, I'm sure it will make him happy to see her happy. Good luck ;).
