How do I sex my goldfish??

Pretty self explanatory really, does anyone know how to sex goldfish?? :goldfish:

The only real way to tell is during the breeding season. Females become plumper and laden with eggs, while males develop tubercules on the gills.

i dont know what was on that site, but you can also try sexing them by their vent. The males will have a bump, the females will not. (The vent is located between the pelvic and anal fin). However, this is not an 100% positive way of telling whether one is male or female.
