I would first off like to thank all of you for your help yesterday. I left him alone for a while thinking he was tired, later on he seemed to have more energy and was doing just fine, i woke up at 1 and he was dead.
So, i cleaned his cage well, and am going to return to Petsmart to get my refund or exchange.
Once again thank you all for your help...

Oh dear, very sorry to hear that! Next time though, don't wait so long and bring him to a vet right away!!

I would show them the deceased animal for the refund, but then ask to keep the remains so I could give a proper burial instead of dumping in the trash. You know?

Sorry.

We decided to give it another go, so we got another hamster, And got aspen bedding(instead of pine).
The new hamster is a cutie, He was wide eyed at the pet store and seemed to be really active so we got him, Took forever for the guy to get him for us lol he kept running around.
I think the other hamster may have been old, or sick when we got him or it could of been the pine. He didnt do anything the new hamster does, Like climbing the walls (so cute!) and running in the wheel. He was so loud all night last night! Anyways, Im extremely happy, i didnt know they could be so entertaining.
Is there anything you can do to there wheel to make it less noisy?...

What kind of wheel is it? Oh and the picture of him (the old hamster) on your avatar, he looks like he is very young... I think he was sick.

We got a crittertrail cage, and it came with a wheel that attached on the side.

Actually foxyblink33, I DO wear earplugs because of the constant shuffling around and the wheel! So they really help though! ;)
