I can see my hammys nipples, is she pregnant?

Well the title says it all.. About a week ago a friend came over with her 6 year old, the kid 'went to the bath room' and next thing we hear is her screaming that she was bit by my hammy, she's snuck thru the conecting door into my bedroom and got both my male and female out of their cages, was bit and let them both free in my bedroom.. It took me about 12 hours to round them both up. Plenty of time for them to mate is my guess.. It's been about a week and now her nipples are showing alot more than normal. She was already a fatty so I can't really tell if she is rounder. I need to know if the nipple thing is commen for a pregnant hammy because I need to make a trip to the pet store and get ready for the babies if she is pregnant. Can anyone give me some insight? Thanks!

With my dwarves, their nipples do become more obvious when pregnant, but it usually only in the later stages (after about 14 days) and the dont show the pregnancy until approx 72hrs before giving birth.

I assume you have syrians, thats what it sounds like, I know these will be similar to my dwarves but hopefully somebody will clarify that for you.
