bought new hamster yesterday

so i bought a new hamster yesterday, and her name is sandy. the pet store called them fancy hamsters..and ive been told thats a Syrian Hamster. when i bought her the pet store people said that they were all babies, but the exact age of them they didnt know. could she possibly be pregnant? because im pretty sure she was with other boy hamsters as well.
what exactly do i do IF she is pregnant?

also i was wondering if there were any advice for taming her..although so far she seems to like me. she comes right up to the opening of the cage and looks at me, but my hamster book told me to leave her be and let her get used to the cage first before letting her out and holding her.
just wondering what advice anyone can give me for this new animal of mine. thanks!

k after 3days of her geting use to the cage u can put ur hand in the cage all the way on the bottom of the cage if she/he gets on ur hand cup he/she in ur hands were the bottom of the hamster is coved.and if he/she does not get on the first time get a sunflower seed and hold it in the cage the next day then on the third day u can get ur hammy out just make sure she/he likes u were he won't bite hard if u get him out with a playpen
