i know its okay for hamsters to crawl up their cage if you have a cage with the metal bars. i have that type of cage, but also with the plastic stuff to it as well. (its the Critter Trail 2 cage..if anyone knows)

but my little sandy seems to be crawling up the sides of the cage, and then FALLING down to the bottom of the cage. that is about 11 inches she is falling down. and she just gets back up and runs around again.
that type of fall for a baby hamster cant be a good thing? is she gonna be okay if she continues to do this?

Muffin does it and it doesnt affect him :P So, I'd say its alright. Maybe yours just wants to have a bit of experience trying to fly lol.

If she keeps on doing it, I am sure that it's fine... Because it obviously doesn't hurt her...
