zephyr was a rescue i had taken in in early january from the humane society.
he is a little over 2 years old. he's a dark grey.
he was very stressed out at the shelter and had begun fur chewing. once he was out he immediatelt stopped his chewing and now his fur for the most part has grown back.
we recently took in more chinnies and need to clear up some space.
he is available for free...
i would prefer not to ship, local pick up in st louis (south county) would be the best option.
my phone number is 314-544-2906
thanks!

What is this little guys temperment like? I'm located about 20 minutes outside of St. Louis and have experience with fur-chewers.

He's not a fur-chewer anymore, I dont think this was genetic in him--he was very stressed out is all at the time of him doing it. I don't want him to be called a fur-chewer, because he hasen't done it for 2 months, and is improving.
He's not mean, but he's a little jumpy. I believe with some love he will come around just fine. I've not had the time to handle him. He lets people hold him, but you can tell he doesnt like it. He doesn't bite, he's never bitten me. He's got a good temperament, just doesn't know if he can trust humans 100% or not.
I've tried putting him in with other chins, he deffinately will not get along with other males, but he may get along with a female if they are smooshedm she'd need to be of a bigger size as he's not a small boy himself. He's pushing 700 grams I'd say.
I listed my phone number so if you'd like him you can call me. I'm off all day Wed. and Thurday, otherwise you could pick him up tomarrow at Steak-N-Shake (where I work) in Lemay.
Please let me know as he's being kept in a smaller cage right now which I don't feel right about, I just really need the room.
Thanks!

There is a chin show coming up soon in Oklahoma I think so I'm sure someone coming down will be able to transport him to you.
