How old is your B and G and how long have you had her? If you just got her off a breeder and she recently weaned on to eating her own food sometimes the stress of a new enviroment can revert them back to needing to be hand fed for a few more weeks and re weaned. If this is the case contact your breeder at once and they should have no problem taking him back for a week or so and re wean him. If you've had him for ahwile did you recently change his diet? Regardless if it's vet recomend all commerical parrot foods are nothing fantastic mostly corn fillers and so on. Make sure you are feeding a mixed variety of people foods as well along with fresh fruits and veggies and nuts everyday. My sennie also throws his food out of his bowl but does eat some of it.

Mostly I think it's a game for them and they enjoy watching it fall or watching us freak out lol. Just keep an eye on her and try offering more variety.

Cereal?? you mean pellets?

Birds can get bored with the same food, and its been proven that dyed pellets have little or no effect on whether the bird will eat it or not. I stick to natural ( well as natural as they can get) pellets, you can try switching your bird to Roudybush, most people I've talked to that have parrots, their birds seem to like the taste. And like mentioned before, your parrot needs variety, fresh fruits and veggies every day, cooked foods, dried fruit/nut mix.
You can buy shelled nuts which are more fun and challenging for birds, there are also treat toys that stimulate birds mind, and they need to figure out what to do in order to get the treat.

This company has several of those toys as well as shelled nuts that you can buy:
