Does anyone know how fast a horse can run? Like a trail ride horse??

Well, TB's on the track can hit 45, so just your average trail horse at a full out gallop could probablly go about 35 mph or so.... thats just a guestimate though, it depends on the build of the horse.

Ok thanks! The horses I'm thinking of are pretty fat so I doubt they could go that fast. I was thinking of the horses at the barn I go for trail rides at.
