Help! I'm just a bleeding heart that doesn't know what to do...

Hi, I just picked up a rabbit off the road about an hour or 2 ago who apparently got hit by a car and his leg is busted. It's not bleeding, its just limp, he can move/hop on his own but hes clearly weak. I've put him on a blanket with some water and carrots. It's too late to call a hospital and I work so much I dont know what to do with him.

what do I do? Please help me/him

i know we have emergency animal hospitals out this way, i would call them ASAP...he is clearly in an amazing amount of pain, and infection will start to set in and eat away at his leg causing him more pain very quickly!!

The next step aside from you taking him off the side of the road, is getting him immediate medical attention!!!
